Suburbia

In 2013, master mixologist Gina Chersevani setup shop with Suburbia, situated in a converted 1960s Airstream trailer, serving frozen cocktails and ice-cold beers. Parked outside of Union Market, Chersevani conjures nostalgia-inducing  memories of summer days - think Adirondack chairs, Weber grills, and icy drinks. Chersevani sought inspiration from her childhood in Long Island, where she fondly remembers people parking RVs in their yards and using them as secondary kitchens and storage for parties. To reinforce the suburban feel, the airstream trailer is parked on a stretch of grass where imbibers can soak up the sun in lounge chairs, play corn hole, and relax. Unwind and unpour with Chersevani's frozen cocktails, everything from an Orange Crush to a Blackberry Margarita can be mixed and matched in a plastic cup. Instead of using a processed mix, Chersevani uses real ingredients in her Piña Colada: Coconut Milk, Coconut Water, fresh Pineapple Juice, a bit of Lemon and lime, White Rum, Spiced Rum, and Simple Syrup.
